The Buying Process

Once you have found the home of your dreams, it's time to close the deal.  Some buyers are against home inspections...This should raise a red flag.  There is nothing worse than making the largest purchase of your life, then finding out that you have thousands of dollars of renovations to fix up your new home.  It's your right and responsibility to get a home inspection.  Actually, most lending facilities won't issue a mortgage without an inspection.  So protect your invest, and get an inspection.
